General Incorporated Association Fukushi Shinwa-kai strives to create a society that recognizes diverse ways of living and individuality through a disability welfare service. We believe that through their experiences, they have confidence and responsibility, gaining new strengths and abilities. We do not assume they cannot do it, nor do we consider it impossible. Many people are less experienced or inexperienced. We always consider how they might achieve it, or how far they might be able to go.
